Running Display Board
the Story
I wanted to build a project for someone and we came up with an idea to build a display board for all her trail running medals and race bibs. We thought the design should incorporate mountains. I added a thicker piece to the top of the mountains to make it look like snow and used cedar fence boards as a sky and background. To hang the medals we used carabiners. For the bibs, we used paperclips from clip boards. We are happy with how it came out. The Evergreen Turtle Rockets, a running group I was a part of, was putting on a race so I built a smaller version that was raffled off to a lucky winner.
