Ballard Work Loft

the Story
This project was an office space for some clients that were relocating from New York to Seattle. The space was on the second floor and had great windows that let in lots of light. The windows had a great grid pattern on them. We took the same grid pattern and used it on the interior windows and doors for the conference rooms and private offices. We also added a wood feature at the entry that created a great wall so when folks walked in they had something nice to took at. We wanted to make sure that the first thing you saw when you walked in was something other than the backs of folks working away. In the conference room, we laid out acoustic panels in a tile pattern on the wall to make it a little more interesting.
