Capitol Pacific

the Story
This office space was in an old mid-century modern building in Seattle, WA. The clients took it over to expand their growing real estate firm. We opened it up to let more natural light in and to create an open office space. We wanted to keep the mid-century look so we used lots of walnut. We also took details like the wood paneling they did back in the day, but gave it a modern update. We used Ikea cabinets in the kitchen for cost savings and made it ADA compliant.
